I’m taking meloxicam, magnesium sulfate and occasionally echinacea. Should I just not take them at the same time as the amlodipine?
What if I take some of the drugs in the moderate reaction list?

I suggest you contact your Dr. and inform him/her what you are taking/adding before you take matters into your own hands, safety always comes first.
Interactions between your drugs
Moderate
magnesium sulfate amLODIPine
Applies to: magnesium sulfate, amlodipine
Using magnesium sulfate together with amLODIPine may occasionally cause low blood pressure and temporary muscle paralysis. Let your doctor know if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, rapid heartbeat, muscle weakness, poor reflexes, and difficulty moving or breathing. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Moderate
amLODIPine meloxicam
Applies to: amlodipine, meloxicam
Before using meloxicam, tell your doctor if you also use amLODIPine. The combination may cause your blood pressure to increase. You may need a dose adjustment or your blood pressure checked more often. Also, if you are already taking the combination and stop taking meloxicam, your blood pressure may decrease. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
