The only way to be absolutely sure that you have taken all your meds each day is to have a daily pill box for the week. They are divided for AM & PM or you can find some with MORNING NOON NIGHT. You can find them anywhere you get an RX filled. This will take all the question out of "did I take my pill or not?"
I have a weekly with four time periods per day. Very helpful when I have to take an antibiotic multiple times per day. Which is easy to loose track.
Unless you're absolutely sure you didn't take it don't take another. Get a weekly pills box, then you'd be sure you took it or not.
Skipping a pill will not matter. Thyroid meds adjust very slowly. One gone is nothing to worry about.
