Collagenase Santyl (collagenase) "My MD ordered this for a severe bite, probably spider. We were picking it up at Wal-Mart and the price for a small tube was $700.00 for a lotion. WHAT!! I could afford it if I were Donald Trump, a politician, or independently wealthy. I am just a disabled US veteran and on SSI due to a traumatic car accident. As a chronic pain patient, I am also under the NEW Opioid Plan to stop legal Opioid prescriptions."

Collagenase Santyl (collagenase) "I use this for severe burns when I spilled boiling water down my legs. I had 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns. My legs literally look like one or two big blisters. My injuries looked gruesome. I'd say after I got the santyl it healed quite well, just had to make sure that it was wrapped and changed every day. I hardly scarred at all considering the doctor said 11% of my body was burned."

Santyl (collagenase) "I got Santyl as recommended by the wound care doctor. it was for scabs from deep and long gash caused by vein borrow for heart bypass. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction where my lips swelled up and my hands burned and itched furiously. My doctor was surprised as I was the only one to have such a reaction."

For Dermal Ulcer "I'm a diabetic and the wound was on the ball of my foot, large amount of pus formed quickly, I went to ER quickly and prevented any infection to the bones. Santyl was started in hospital as the best tx to help debride the Wound. I also had IV antibiotics and treatment continued at home. I had to plea with my insurance To get Santyl at home. I do not believed there are any comparable products. Please see if your company can produce or subsidise any cheaper or affordable product with same results, thank you"

Santyl (collagenase) for Keratosis "After 1 week of constant use (changed daily), I have noticed some new skin growth around the interior perimeter of the approximately 1-inch open wound that has persisted for several months on the interior of my left ankle. While there has been some reduction in the size of this extremely slow-healing wound, I would have hoped for a little more rapid improvement."
