For Conjunctivitis, Bacterial "Dosage was 1 drop 4 times per day. No real effects on my eyes or anything else until I was near the end. Suddenly my ears felt a bit strange and I stopped the drops. Had a weird feeling for a couple of days but nothing major. Woke up one day with a completely clogged left ear. Had hearing problems, tinnitus etc. Felt a bit better the next day but had tinnitus for a week. Still have some balance issues. This medicine is pretty dangerous and I would not recommend it if you have other options available."

For Conjunctivitis, Bacterial "I’m an optometrist and am frustrated with these drops as (for some people) they bring about an allergic reaction which is worse than the condition that is being treated. Case in point: my wife. I had some tobramycin on hand and had my wife use the drops four times a day when she contracted bacterial conjunctivitis in one eye. The drops rapidly induced swelling, scaliness, redness and pain in the upper and lower lid of that eye. This reaction, although considered rare, was far worse than the conjunctivitis. So I am unhappy with this medication."

For Conjunctivitis, Bacterial "Was given these drops for pink eye. One eye was not bad at all. After each dose my eyes got progressively worse! I was told I broke blood vessels in my eyes from how much I was wiping to clean them. This medication caused massive oozing that was not happening before I applied the drops. My eyes and skin turned red and swelled almost shut. My vision became blurred and my final freak out moment was when some kind of bubble cyst formed in my eye that was popping everytime I blinked!!!! I do NOT recommend these drops."

For Conjunctivitis, Bacterial "Badly scratched my eye in my sleep, and went through misery of ice packs and lubricant drops for hours until could reach my eye Dr. He prescribed this tobramycin and in one day I went from swollen shut to nearly normal. No stinging or burning during use, the best drop I've ever used for an eye infection."
